I am in Bellingham and have a couple extra boats. What type of water are you used to paddling?

I am trying to get a Chehalis trip together for Thursday if you have a passport and are comfortable in class III+ water.

Kyle,
I have been paddling a Detonator for a few years, i also have a lot of experience in a Dagger Legend. Its been a couple of months since i have paddled but i think i could hang with III+. The only issue is i have plans Thur-Mon. Going to Portland for a Half marathon or some such thing. Perhaps next week? Regardless its good to know there are C-Boaters on this side of the country.
Cheers,

The Lower Columbia Canoe Club or LCCC (http://www.l-ccc.org) is based in Portland. Kind of a haul from where you are. Sounds like you'll be down here this weekend, but we'll be on the Klickitat River, which is 2.5 hours drive east of Portland. We mostly do rivers in Oregon and SW Washington. See our video blog at: http://www.l-ccc.org/wp.

You might also look into the Paddle Trails Canoe Club in Seattle. Great club and people. See: https://www.paddletrails.org/
