I would like to try a 52 inch before I cut down a Bailey stick. Anyone have one they want to sell? Vendors don't sell 52 inch except custom apparently

I have a 52 inch aqua bound edge that I cut down for playboating. It's the older one with the flexible white blade. I'd probably sell it if you came to The NOC and got it from me.

I know you're all set on paddles, but for future ref just wanted to note that H2O does offer shorter paddles- 48/50/52/54/56/58 are available.

Thanks for info on H2O. I will paddle with this shorter one for a while then pick up a new paddle at 52 inches. I am going to follow some advise from Carol Westwood. If anyone gets to take a clinic with her jump at the chance.

How much shorter are you than Jon Lugbill and Davey Hearn, neither of them tall?

I cut the Bailey Stick to 53 inches and this is an excellent length for me. Now, who has used an H2O team paddle with a straight shaft? Feedback? Reviews?
