Been following R. Lugbill's new blog. Focussed on racing/training, but very well written with a lawyer's eye for detail and analysis (no surprise there). Even those not interested in slalom can find useful info on many aspects of technique and/or off-the-water performance training in general, as well as some fascinating insights into what leads to top-of-the-heap performance. Also references to other articles as well.
And even if you don't read a word, the photos are eye-dazzling.
Unless you are a totally dyed-in-the-wool racer-hater, well worth checking out.

Thanks for the link. Shortly after the 1992 Summer Olympic games, Ron was a guest instructor in an advanced whitewater open boat clinic I enrolled in at the Nantahala Outdoor Center. I found him to be a very thoughtful and good instructor.
