My Cascade shrunk by an inch or two vertically and horizontally, and transformed from polyethylene to FRP.
Now called the Hornet...

I'd bet the Hornet is a good boat. How much would one cost? What would one weigh? Are you willing to make one?
P.S. Once upon a time we did a section of the East Pemi together with the AMC club:-).

Kaz has (or at least had) the mold. If you're in my area (central CT), you're welcome to try mine. Just give me time to get the spiders out.
I'd put the maximum weight at about 170 lbs.
