glue for anchor on old town tripping canoe

Havent done this in a long time. It it is correct, the best glue for D rings, thigh straps anchor to an old town royal X canoe is Vinyl glue??? Any suggestions?

got myself a vinyl tec 2000 is that any good?

Vinyl Tech 2000 is a good vinyl adhesive, similar to Vynabond. Should work fine on a Royalex boat. You might want to lightly sand the surface of the hull with 100-120 grit paper then clean it well with isopropyl or denatured alcohol before bonding the D rings.

Just make sure the surfaces are "dry" to the touch, with no wet adhesive under the dry skin, before you press the surfaces together.
