Recently ran across this canoe on the interwebs and It was described as a Fiberglass Canoe, Curiosity go the best of me so I went to take a peek at it.
Ended up buying it because It was in decent shape, other than a couple cold cracks from the gunnel (it was brought down from Wisconsin) and some wood rot on the deckplates. It is 16 feet and royalex, can find very little information on how many were molded (even called Marathon Boats this morning and they were of little help) Guess I'm curious as to who formed these and what dates they were formed and sold ? The historian in me is very curious.

I've paddled a few - years ago. Grumman was trying to compete with Blue Hole when the OCA ate Grumman's market share. As I recall they were about 20% less expensive than the OCA, but not nearly as good for whitewater.
