LL Stomper

Post by jededmon »

Over the past year or so that this boat has been out there has been alot of posts with conjecture about whether this boat makes a good conversion or not but I have not found any actual reviews of it as a C1, unless I have missed them. So, does anyone who has actually paddled this as a c1 have a review?

I'm currently in a Nomad but have been looking at the Stomper for awhile so I'm just looking for some input before I buy.

Never paddled one, but it is Jordan Poffenberger's go-to creek boat. I get the impression that it rewards an aggressive paddling style/punishes a passive style similar to a Burn, although perhaps a bit less-so. Like I said, I've never paddled one, so that's all armchair quarterbacking.
