i need to get my little one down river for the fourth of july weekend upta errol nh. so i made a pony saddle that velcros onto the floor of my canoe. this is the first saddle i have made and will be posting an OC2 with cooler and saddles.

Saddle looks good Harry. I turned my Nitro into a tandem putting a pony saddle in front of the existing saddle and one for me behind. We just ran our first II/III river last weekend; is was a blast.
I used cam straps to hold down the saddle, but I like your idea of velcro.
Ez; I know what you mean about cats and minicell foam!!
