Post by pmp »

For this years Ain't Louiefest shirt, I need help compiling a list of all the rivers and creeks within ALF driving range. So help make this year’s shirt great by adding to the list.
thanks

Make sure you spell these correctly: Watauga
and Tremont.

Add Big South Fork, Cheoah, Greenbrier, Big Laurel Creek, Spring Creek, Chattooga, Greenbrier, Nantahala, Nolichucky and French Broad

You might also want to add to list a (thinking positive rain thoughts) these creeks:

Santeetlah
Snowbird
Slickrock
Crab Orchard

To my knowledge I have not seen Alfers on my home creeks but they are certainly closer to ALF than Wilson. Come on over this time and join me on these runs:

North Fork of the French Broad
West Fork of the French Broad
Upper Davidson
Upper Chattooga (3 sections)
Big Hungry Creek
Green River Dries (again, thinking positive rain thoughts)
Rocky Broad (lower and upper)
Overflow Creek

If those are snoozers for you, then we have a lot more Class V runs around here that rarely see an open boat, including
Horsepasture
Toxaway
Thompson
Whitewater (all named as rivers, not creeks, although they are creeks)
Raven Fork
