Great-looking boats. Nice to see someone bringing out these designs again. The Ovation was my first solo canoe and though it's been called the Slow-vation and other names, I found it a great first canoe. Very forgiving and excellent for working on surfing. I still have one in the garage I use to take out beginners.

Right. Building beginner and intermediate as well as advanced paddler canoes brings new people
Into the sport is our goal. They are the future
Of our sport and need canoes to learn in.

I don't mind a mention of a new product, or a link. That's awareness, and good for everyone.

If you want to post up more frequently about the same products, we do ask folks to help sponsor the site. The ads at the top of the page are pretty cheap compared to most other "advertising".

Same goes for questions about canoes - no problem answering questions someone posts on your boats... but answering questions that are generic (what boat should I purchase) or for a different boat with a recommendation to purchase one of yours we ask you sponsor, and we note in your tag who you are so folks know it is the boatbuilder that is making a (conceivably biased) recommendation vs. another C Boater.

Perfect? Probably not, but it's worked OK so far;)
Keep the C!

Paddled Viper 11's for years. Good to see them and others getting a second life.
