I'm asking this here because I don't know where else to ask it. Also, I figure someone here knows. Sorry if it belongs elsewhere. The Rapid River (Maine) is flowing at 600. It's not a scheduled release, more of a "fish flow." Is that a paddleable flow? Thanks.
