fleece rubber, where to find

Had this old Navarro rubber fleece for almost a couple of decades. it was the warmest under layer I have ever had. Getting ready for the winter, is there anything better than the fleece if you know what I am talking about?

I have some "fuzzy rubber" I bought in the mid-to-late 90's. I have added several XX to my torso and it no longer fits
Now I just use a fleece sweater and several NRS rash guards under either a splash top or dry top. Depending on warm I want to be.

I have one and it seems to be the exact same fuzzy rubber material that RapidStyle used to use.
