C1 Conversion

Post by barlaz »

Has anyone had experience with the C! conversion kit from Jackson?
1. The pictures suggest that you need a release a rope on the backband to wet exit. This seems like more than I might want to worry about in a wet exit. Any experience?

2. I am intersted in a Jackson Zen.
If it were a kayak, then I would order a medium. Is there a reason to go up a size because my center of gravity is higher.

Call Bernie at whitewater warehouse , he can tell you all about the jackson/ c1 kit since he sells and uses them
No , wet exits are easy from this kit.
I would pick my boat size based on paddler weight only, not on k1 or c1 use.
Cheers
