For those interested in the “behind the scenes”, here’s a pic. of the 3 stages of the ALF design sketch. Top left is a preliminary blue sketch. Next is the top right comprehensive sketch. Actually it’s two sketches. I draw it once in blue, then right overtop in pencil. it’s an animator’s trick. Final sketch is centre bottom. Again it’s actually two sketches, as you can see I hadn’t finished the pencil stage yet. After that it’s inked with a brush then scanned into digital format. Hope you like the 2020 ALF shirts.
