Converting Sunburst II to yandem

Has anyone one done this.? Team weight of about 350 lbs.

I’d say yes, it’s probably been done.
Isn’t Esquif’s Pocket Canyon based on the Sunburst hull, and it’s a great tandem canoe!
The Sunburst ends are probably narrower.

I was not aware of that. I kept looking at the dimensions, the rocker profile, etc, and it seems doable. We will find out!

It has definitely been done successfully.
I had a Sunburst II that was paddled tandem on Ocoee by 2 ladies in a previous life.
My wife and I started out in a regular Sunburst but soon found a Caption.
The pocket canyon has much more volume, probably 3 or 4"wider at midpoint thus slower but very stable.
The Sunburst feels comparably slippery and svelte
