I tried that years ago at our local resort (small mtn with small vertical). The plan was to take it down one of the intermediate slopes prior to hitting the steeper stuff and having my bud push me to get a good start!
Not only didn't he push me but he got dragged a long for quite a ways (gloved hand in grab loop) and has never forgiven me for the snow "burns" (aka road rash).
As for me I thank god to this day for the rows of small pine trees planted at the base of the slope. Without which I would have been in the lobby a broken shell of a boater and most likely in hand cuffs (3AM slope use is frowned upon there).
It hurt like hades and I will NEVER try that again!
I also recommend it to all the local kayakers now when they bring up "doing it"!
