Post by TonyB »

compiled my video of babyfalls during the race into one video on youtube. should have thrown the camera to someone to catch my drop in after the race.

Nice video. What's the white boat that runs the falls at 1:52 into the video?

Thats an R and D prototype boat, brought by Jeremy (blackfly canoes). It was the hull of the blackfly with full ends. He wanted to test out somethings. hull was damaged (inevitable on these creeeks with the thin fiberglass) and will be built into a mold for the next version of the boat which he'll do more testing with. No timeframe or guarentees this boat will be produced, just testing out some what-ifs. pretty cool tho.

Very cool. Might give me a reason to buy a canoe from him to go with the cool Black Fly T-shirt I recently bought.

I also noticed that one of the cleanest runs seemed to be in a Maxim. Was it the boat? The paddler? Or a combination there of?
