This is a new video showing the W500 boat that we label 'kayak' solely for marketing reasons...
You can cover its cockpit, but it's too much of a tracker to be used in whitewater. However, it's great for canoe-style paddling on flat water, and for playing in the surf.
It's both a solo and tandem boat, for non-heavy paddlers

BTW, it's 28.5" wide ans 136" long. The term 'Fishing kayak' comes from the fact that people like its stability and comfort (no kneeling inside that thing unless you feel you really have to)
