Anyone seen the new SPOT/Delorme device?

Did an interview for RMTV at the Outdoor Show on the new DeLorme/SPOT device - http://www.canoerootsmag.com/blogs/rapi ... lorme.html

Just wondering if anyone has one or actually used it? I know of a few folks using the older one sometimes with issues, sometimes it worked perfect. The new version seems pretty great but I'd still like to hear some reports of actual use before I get one.
