Squeaky (I think) c-boat roll video!

I was wasting time on the Coastals board, and stumbled on this . . .

Squeakyknee keeps up with the best of the butt-boaters!

Long vid, but it opens and closes with his rolls and shows some bow stalls in the Wheelboy. 23 seconds in, there's a great above/below water footage of a standard roll, followed by a schweeeet hand roll.

Keepin up?

I think he is way ahead, considering he is paddling a real boat. But I wondered about the use of left and right hand paddles. Hum - is that proper form for a c-boat? :o

The extended bow stall thrusting earns an NC-17 rating

Yes, I know the hand paddles are technically cheating
But it helped me find my balance point and now bowstalls with the paddle are much better.

Shawn -

how tough should it be for a 150-lb guy to bow-stall a Switch?

Thought you might know, since it's not workin' out so hot right now. No problems burying the bow when I take a hard forward stroke, though . . .

Gotta find that point of balance where you are far enough. I could never really bowstall that thing either.
