Before she got started with all this double-bladed tomfoolery, I taught her the right way to paddle. Three years later she hops back in a barely outfitted c-boat with a paddle that's 5" too long and makes the rest of us look like chimps. Dammit.

ORGT Thursdays at 7:45. I think non-CRC members need to pony up $5 now.

p.s. If you're there this Thursday, I'll be happy to give some pointers. I already have one student lined up for the evening, so it will be a good time to work on mechanics.

Sweet. I'm working on a convert myself - a local kayaker has gotten the OC bug and I got him rolling my SF last week. It ain't pretty, but we can work on pretty later.
