Homemade Bulkhead saddle?

Post by MohawkOC1 »

Hello all, I recently picked up a Mohawk Rodeo. It has the original Mohawk outfitting that is the Mohawk saddle with single thigh strap. I’ve got 4 Mohawks with this set up and have never liked thigh straps. I want to convert to a bulkhead without buying a brand new one for $300. I have a general idea but would love to know y’alls tips, hacks, and experience with it. Any info would be great! Thanks!

Under "Site-Outfitting" below the CBoats.net logo there is a tremendous amount of information (on other topics too!).

Here is the current link that should work: https://www.cboats.net/outfitting/

Searching will likely turn up LOTS of hits as well (it has been a common topic over the past 20+ years;) ).
Keep the C!
