where the heck is this time zone accurate, the clocck on the cboats.net thing says its 9:59 am.
im confused.

Greenwich England?
That would be 5 hours ahead of eastern time so at 6:30 am here it says it's 11:30.
I think that's it.

Greenwich <England> Mean Time. You can go to your profile (link in upper left) and choose a different time zone for the times to appear in.

oh, thanks sir adam, until just now, i wasnt sure that it was a changeable thing. well,now its on the right time, it took a few times to change it, and get it correctly set.
now that's all solved,
