Tried the Evergreen <whatitscalled> - the new evergreen OC... Unfortunately it didnt have full outfitting (just a seat) but still I could get a fairly decent feel for it - IMO it's nice! It's 10' long (sorry LB , lots' o Rocker - it's a cross between an Ocoee and Phantom shape-wise - but to me feels nice and snappy like the zoom but with a little more stability... It feels like it needs to be on edge, then it zips around.
people were complaining it's narrow- but I don't think so. Didnt measure it, but yeah.
If you're lookin for a new boat, don't rule this one out - I think I'm a little big for it @240.. but I don't think by much... MEC in Toronto might adopt this one as a rental in the spring... And hopefully "the complete paddler" will have one to take out for a rip.

Evergreen being bad....
Noticed too that their website is posting without permission Andrew Westwood's picture even if he has told them to remove it?

Isn't that Mike Yee as well? har har.
on a totally separate note - Carole, i think i may have spoken to you on the phone a while back- was about to buy Andrew's Ocoee about a yr ago... I'm moving to Ottawa, looking forward to meeting the Ottawa C-rew.... looks like there's a fairly large contingent of c-boaters up there.
