Are their any good monthly publications (paddler ect.) that give good coverage to c boats. If I could only subscribe to one, which one?

Rapid magazine
It's not a monthly magazine, (4 issues a year, but Rapid Magazine has by far the best coverage of c-boats and open boats.

Without a doubt...
Without a doubt, it would be Rapid Magazine out of Canada. It's not a monthly exactly (more like bi-monthly, as I recall), but it has more C content annually than just about any publication I can think of. As an aside, there is a good chance they will have an ad here soon too (along with Sweet Composites, Millbrook Boats, and Liquid Mojo).
