Hi,

The first to run Rissbachklamm in an open canoe was Uwe Fischer, some 10 years ago, I believe. It was after he had made 1st place in the OC class at the rodeo world championships in Augsburg, in '95.

I have tried to put up some pictures of my favourite rivers/spots in another thread, however, it didn't work. So, in case anybody is interested in seeing some Swedish rivers, they can go to www.forsguiden.com

The fact that you see only kayaks there is a reflection of reality.

My guess from the dreadlocks is that the paddler is James Weir from the UK, I know he paddles a homes. Not sure he will be that happy about the video evidence of him swimming.
