WTB Spray skirt for Slasher

Any Boat, Gear, or outdoor related item you have for sale. If you use it on a paddling trip, or to prepare for one, it's fair game.

WTB Spray skirt for Slasher

Post by Ed Eout »

I'm the happy owner of billcanoes' former Slasher - But - I don't have a skirt to fit.

Do any of you have a used skirt available in the Washington DC/Frederick/Harpers Ferry area?

Thanks!

Perhaps in my Shop

Post by Not Elvis »

I have a number of skirts in my shop that fit a range of boats--all with mired histories (Where did they come from? What did they fit? :-? Why does this one have "Hoffa" in Sharpie on it? :o ) I can root through and pick out the ones that I know don't fit the present fleet and meet you.

I live north of Fredneck, MD and frequent the Staircase. We could meet and then try the skirts on the boat to see if any work. What tunnel size are you looking for?

Dude, you know me...

shorn of locks, trim of build, willing to laugh at your cartoon antics, known to paddle a green viper when not in a WS Z. friend of Bride of Chucky (how is she BTW?). also known to haunt the waters of Harpers Ferry and hang at the D.

tunnel size for a 34 inch waist - really. well okay, there is the beer gut... i think Guth's gyromax skirt would fit the cockpit but not me!

JK and i haven't been our boats since the basement got turned into a shop, but i'm about ready to pull on some gloves. J is out until warmer weather.

we'll be back in Dickerson town Jan 2nd and i have the following week off. are you working weekdays?

EricD

I did not know that was you, as you assume many identities, though I find you to be more attractive in skirts.

Yes, I work during the week, but an evening meeting could be arranged.

BOC and I will likely be doing a B2B on Friday after work, as it will be 55 degrees in Harpers Ferry. Care to join? Skirts could be brought along for you to take home and try.

I found the skirt in my shop

ED:

I found the skirt I was thinking I had in my shop. I lost your phone number though. Call me so we can arrange meeting. It is a Perception C1 skirt, so I think it was actually made for the Slasher. Medium tunnel.

Call me. 240.365.9040, house 301.845.7020.
