that sucks, I would go to Marko, at the backwashkayaks.com. or what ever the site is, and tell him.
I had a very similar problem with Robson. waited 3 months for a skirt that was ordered along with the boat, and when I finally got it, it had tons of holes, sent it back to u.s. rep. she went to germany with out telling me, and then 6 months later i got my same shitty skirt back. so I had to repeat the process.
you could always leave a message that if you don't get the boat within the month, you want your money back.
Hope it works out.
