So, my Atom is getting old and even though I love glass boats, for long wilderness trips I like the indestructibility and all-around versatility of the Atom. Is Dagger still selling them? And if not, what kayak outfitted as C1 would have the combination of virtues of the Atom, particularly comfort and hull speed?
thanks mates for any input
Aargh

here ya go
the robson finkenmiester would be a good replacement. it is 9'2" - 28.75" wide and around 75 gallons of volume. it is built as a c-1. this boat is great! probably the most maneuverable c-1 ever built.
check them out at robsonpaddle.com. let me know if you are interested and i could line you up with one.
