Boats available after the Wildwater Jr Worlds...

Post by PAC »

I was asked to post this ....
From: Doug Ritchie

The Junior World Championships are taking place in the U.S. this July. Many racers would rather sell their boats than ship them home. The USA Wildwater Committee is making an effort to try and coordinate with buyers and sellers on purchase, storage and shipping. If you have an iterest in a Canoe or Kayak please contact Doug Ritchie at; dritchie at hammerhead kayak.com

BTW, please spread the word, despite telling everyone we could think of about the order that came in from Zastera in the Czech Republic we still had paddlers asking why no one told them about the possibility of getting a new boat.

Here is a chance to get the wildwater boat you always wanted! Paul C.

Note that the longer races at the Jr Worlds are being run on my home river, the Saluda, in Columbia, SC. The sprints are to be in Charlotte on the USNWC course.

Hey Paul, so how does one get in on this sale? Just show up?

BTW, your (formerly) Viper is doing great, I'm enjoying paddling it.

Thanks

E-mail Doug Ritchie as per PAC's post...I already have:). Or, check out the wildwater USA site (link under the "Race Info" area above) and e-mail John Pinyard.

With luck there may be a dozen Wildwater boats available...we'll see!
Keep the C!
