Post by Sandy »

I have new Dagger Ocoee OC-1 on the way and I need some advice on saddle placement. Thanks, Sandy

Boat trim

Post by Sir Adam »

Put the boat in the water (with the saddle in it), and have some one look at the boat while you sit in it-you'll most likely want the boat level or a touch bow-high.
Keep the C!

I agree with the last post. With an Ocoee you want to be trimmed just a tad bow light.
sometimes open, sometimes closed, but always on my knees

i agree about choosing position in the water but think centered rather than bow light. using the edges of the boat is easier this way... and i like mine a touch bow heavy to drive the edges harder for carving.
