I'm now in tears and about to go and play with the traffic on the motorway!!

I'm so glad that the event seems to have been a good one so far for OC1. Airblunts and that super crazy aerial back pan am thingumy bob that Jeremy pulled in practice are seriously cool.

Massive respect to the guys out there showing the world that canoes still exist and good luck to everyone for the finals.

Half of life is showing up. (I think those are Lugbil's words) If you're the only one who shows up for team trials, you get the cool life-jacket 8)

A few years ago there were very few boats at the USCA Aluminum (aluminium  ) Nationals. My uncle & I won. Not because we were the fastest paddlers in America, but because we were the fastest to show up that day. There are many teams who could have beaten us that day, but they chose to stay home. Their loss. Because they stayed home, we got the cool shirts, gold medals & our names engraved on the trophy 8)
