Hercules C1?

Post by bearboater »

has anyone tried one of these as a C1 yet?

they look really fast, and looks like it would be really stable.
also has anyone converted a Cross?

I might be to heavy for the cross at 195, but maybe not, i was able to feel 'safe' in a dagger CFS. I just sort of need something for creekin in. I have heard great things of the burn, but what about speed for real river running? say something like class 4 with about 40,000? this is precisely the moment where I am wishing I hadn't sold my fink, but I had to pay rent, and owed money for the new racer... um grr... all advice/input is appreciated, I am sort of surprised that no one seemed into the magnum 72, I think I really like that boat for speed, and handling, I will find out thursday what it is like as a K1, and then would just need to use a really low low saddle to get under the thigh brackets
cheers
thanks for the input.

Mäx Lang (world class racer of the 90s) is riding a Prijon Cross. But i guess every boat would look good with him...:

Well, that was an awesome break from work! Didn't Lang develop/popularize the Huricane c-1 conversion?...edg
