You should sell your ego kayak and buy the Ego C-1 posted a few posts below. Its modified with more rocker and a little less volume in the bow (footbumps squashed out). It really rips, plus has sweet outfitting. If you just want to convert yours though, I'd recommend just a Dagger Pedestal or the Team Etc. deal. Try to find some hipgrabbers too from an old Atom or something, they help a lot.
