WTB Skirts

Post by craig »

I recently acquired an older C2 (Thanks LEW) and I need to get a couple of spray skirts. Used and cheap would be good as the boat is older and I'm not sure how much life is left in it. I think it is a standard cockpit for a older race boat. If no one has any, where to buy new?, and what to expect for cost

Skirts for 40 bucks each

Post by Roy »

Hi,

If you don't find what you want used, keep in mind you can make them for about $40 each. The directions are in the Walbridge boat building book and at Bob Putnam's web site: http://www.wwslalom.net/skirt/index.htm

You can buy new skits for your boat from Davey Hearn (Snap Dragon) or Mountian Surf.

What size tunnel do you need? I have a Snapdragon standard c-1 cockpit skirt in excellent condition, large tunnel. $50 plus shipping (should be pretty cheap to send through regular postal service.) email me if interested.
