The canoeguru offering instruction and fun on Chattooga

Post by Wendy »

I found Eli's post on the "new" forum- Lots of us could learn from the guru:
"Did you miss Alf? Did you go, but now feel sad that a full year will pass before you paddle with that many cool canoers again? Well, ignore that silly emotion! Come to the Chattooga Camper being held in South Carolina on April 15th to 19th. Join us in a week of relaxation and paddling with your extended canoeing family. Please contact info(at)thecanoeguru.com for more details."

The canoeguru offering instruction and fun on Chattooga

Eli responded to my e-mail. He said he'd be camped at Woodall from the 16th. They're going to have trips on section 2 through section 4 based on skills of the paddlers present.

For the Record...

Post by Eli »

For the Record, I am offering Private Instruction and Clinics...however, not on the Chattooga. Joining me on the Chattooga is an opportunity to paddle with me for free. My plan is to camp out and paddle on one of my favorite rivers with as many single-bladed paddlers as would like to join.

If you missed this free opportunity, I am also available as part of the "Paddle with a Pro" at the French Broad River Festival on Friday May 1st.
When in Doubt...Paddle Forward!

It was a pleasure to paddle Chattooga 3.5 and 4 with you on Thursday and Friday. Great water level on one of the best WW rivers in the southeast.
