TOG & Big Sandy

Martin,
Great video, puts the earlier clip of the swim into perspective. Thanks for sharing.
On a slightly unrelated topic; were you wearing your lap belt in the close-up when you eddied out?

Thanks Jim and Geoff!

Yes, I am using the lap belt. Since I don't use the foot pegs in this boat, I use thebelt all the time.

TGG!

How do I get a TOG sticker? I think that I might qualify. I'm a 70 year old geezer that's been canoeing whitewater for over 40 years.

How heavy are Big Al (Zoom) and Great Gonzo (Prelude)?

What boat is PAC in?

Nice background chatter PAC.

Thanks, PY.

Mike W. usually has a stack of TOG stickers available at the Armada, so contacting him is a good bet.
He will obviously need some govenment issued photo ID to verify that you really qualify as a TOG member befor he can hand out any stickers  !

Big Al weighs ~ 220 lbs. Probably slightly over the recommended weight range for the Wooz  ...
I weigh ~185 lbs, but I know guys around 200lbs who paddle a Prelude.
PAC is in a Finkenmeister. His live commentary is always priceless.

Sorry eh... I just watched the video again. This time in the small screen verson. If you look closely at the large block letters under the video, it says Big Sandy Creek is in West Virginia.
