I received actual pics from the owner and it appears overpriced as well as the probe they have listed.

What do you think would be a fair price for both boats?

The encore has what appears to be about 1.5-2'x2" of delamination on the port chine. Both boats (the encore and a probe 12 they have listed) appear to be very, well used. I was also informed some of the bags were used as birds nests in previous years and need patched. These boats are from the mid 90's and if I understood correct were stored under the porch for the last 10 years and not used.

I would put these boats in the $350-450 range, perhaps the boats are not as bad the the pictures make them out to be, but I wonder why they still have pics in the ads that are not of the actual boats. They were real dirty, so perhaps they are cleaning them up before putting pics up. I wound up getting a 2005 probe 12II, with good bags, no paint missing from the bottom, ropes and a $150 paddle for $600, which looked twice as good as the one listed by the person with the encore.

There is a Genesis in Chattanooga listed for $475 you may would be interested in. I was, but can't seem to get the fellow to send me pics. He may have sold it and just does not delete the ad or reply.

I told her I would pay $750-800 for both boats late last week and didn't get a reply? Agree they are dirty and rough and so should be priced accordingly. I agree the 12II you got is a nice looking boat! Definitely worth $600 since it was nearly new or looked that way in the pictures.
I got pictures of the Genesis and it was quite rough too. Hull looked to be in better shape than the Encore but the outfitting was quite a bit rougher. I passed on it.
I will just keep looking...would like to find something in very nice shape like your Probe so I don't have to put a bunch of money into it fixing it up.
