Huka
Hiya Alden
I've never seen one rigged C1, but it's a sweet boat. I've got a friend with one (he's a yaker) and he loves it. Solid plastic, great design. There are atleast two C1 paddlers in the Bliss Stick team - Paul Eames in NZ and Brock Flowers in Australia....their bios don't say if they paddle the Huka as a C1 though, but if they're creeking hard and paddling Bliss Stick, I don't knwo what else they'd be in....

I paddled Paul Eames's on the Rangitikei sp? and it, well, sucked. It doesn't work well as a C-1 unless you don't mind not being able to paddle in a straight line. I found it hard to boof as well, but I think the trim was a little off. It's pretty big too, so it makes paddling flat out awkward. I wouldn't recommend it, and Paul said it was pretty bad as well. He just set it up so he could fit a big pelican case in it to videoboat for his raft company. Anyways, there are much better boats out there, like the Huck for instance...
