broken Werner paddle

Post by Bill »

I broke my Werner Bandit paddle a few weeks ago. All I have left is the shaft, the blade was lost. Is there a possibility to warranty these paddles? Do I just contact Werner? Thanks.

Werner paddle warranty

Post by dillonpro »

This was taken from the Werner Web site:
"I have a repair and warranty question. What should I do?
Please call us at 800-275-3311 x26 for a Return Authorization number before sending any product to Werner Paddles. Werner Paddles extends a one year warranty from the original date of purchase for defects in material and workmanship. If your paddle repair is not covered under our warranty we can usually repair it, depending on how old the paddle is, for a reasonable charge. The turn around time is usually 2 weeks plus shipping time".
Hope this helps.

i broke my shaft in half. and im just going to fix it myself. (it more than a year old) But in the case of a missing blade give them a call and see how much they think it will be to fix. Depending on prince it might be cheaper to buy a new one.

Bill,
How did you break it? I have the same paddle and am interested in knowing how much I can beat it up.
Thanks,
