Well I have done my PT and returned to the doc.
Good News is the shot really helped and so did the excercises, so apparently no tear.
I have full motion in the shoulder without pain although not a whole lot of strength. I've been cut loose from the "physical terrorist" and am on my own with excercises and a light workout regimen.
This is very hard not to try doing more than I should and feel kinda wimpy with these little dumbells. But hey I'm up to 5lbs on a bicep curl and 10 girlie pushups . . .
Have watched C1 challenge about 50 times now and also video of the 89 worlds to keep myself enthused.
So hoping to see you all on the river in March and thanks for your encouragement.
