If I could keep the Nitro off the creeks I shouldnt need a new one, I cant get my fat butt in anyones Taraeau the free one might be my only way to succesfully demo one. But if they made a PE Detonator put me on the list for that!!

But what stuns me the most so far is the few votes for deto/nitro/blast. Three very popular boats around here, even altogether they get pretty low score
i've got a detonator and love its performance, but the wear factor is a deal breaker. just too much $$ for such a short lifespan. i'd buy a PE detonator in a heartbeat, though.
Joe ... considering you would slide down a rock face if someone pee'd on it might have something to do with your wear and tear.
Nitro and Deatenator are all well and good and great beginner boat but why have somethin that big unless all you paddle is the Grand Canyon. I would love a Prelude if it came in a shorter model.

You might as well call yourself a butt boater in that plastic thing you paddle
Prelude, or should one come into existance a PE Zoom.

I picked the Raven. I have to agree with Jim Michaud, not a big fan of double chined or super edgy. However, the Raven looks to be pretty wide. Haven't paddled it or any others very much, would like to try all/any.
