Newbies on the Nantahala

Post by PincheLocoGringo »

This coming Saturday, Swimming Mexican and myself are going to be taking a couple of newbies down the Nantahala. We may also be joined by Matt Long and possibly some other members of the GDI. Just wanted to let people know, in case anyone else would care to join us.

It should be a good time. Bring your friends, kids, significant others. We don't go fast, or even necessarily show up on time, but we always make it interesting.

Good to see things have changed on there. I know a trip planning post use to it would have been disallowed on this section of the board and sent to the trip planning spot where ever that is.

Hey Adam, if you're going to The Nanty I NEED to get this saddle to you to save from shipping.
For me; boating brings me closer to to something divine, and in a open canoe I'm 8 Inches closer.

I'll probably be camping at Turkey Creek on Saturday evening and driving back through Asheville on Sunday afternoon. Let me know if I can help with delivery. And I'll be headed back through Asheville on my way to the Tuck on Tuesday.

Bob,

Since it sounds like we will be boating with you on Friday, do you want us to bring Stacy's Prelude for you to fix?
