Kind of miss the Zoom and Ocoee. I'll never be without a Mystic, and the Blowfish is my favorite playboat so far...Still have the wooden, Merlin, Mystic, Blowfish and Scud...Feel pretty good about the state of the stable!

Its not about the approach. Its about control in the hole.
Gone through a fair amount of buttboats (borrowed or owned), and I FINALLY have only c-boats! This is going to be a great upcoming season.
Dark Ages/butt boats:
RPM max (borrowed)
Dagger Piedra (borrowed)
Pyranha Inazone 220 (almost gone)
Pyranha Inazone 240 (gone)
Necky Bliss (borrowed, gotta say, great boat...)
The Great Enlightening/Cboats:

WaveSport Z (C1)
Boreal Design Baffin (sea kayak, my guide boat)
Dagger Quake (just got to go get it from Tennessee. Road trip time! )

Coming from a backpacking background I started out tandem tripping and then moved to solo.
Wenonah 17' Cascade Tripper - sold - wife no longer wants to paddle
Mohawk Probe 14 triple saddle - still have - good royalex - rarely used by friends and if I want to take out a beginner
Outrage with wood Gunwales - good royalex and boat- sold (wish I didn't sell it)
Bell Ocoee - bad gunwales, rivits, end caps, and royalex - terrible made boat, it was no Dagger Ocoee
Bell Ocoee - Replacement shell built from the ground up with wood gunwales - still have and use for occasional deep water, big water and tripping
Savage Skeeter - still have - bomber plastic and outfitting - the best value, best made, and most durable boat I ever bought, $275.00 with airbags. It still has lots of life left.
Taureau - cracked chine in 60 days of use - over all no like - sold
Pyrana H3:255 - C1 Conversion - new this season and is my day to day boat - really liking C1
Next boat a L'Edge or Burn C1 seems the most interesting to me at this time.

Need to add the Meltdown and Gus to this list.TheKrikkitWars wrote:Jackson Superstar - Kayak
Dagger Crazy 88 ) - bought as kayak, became first C1
CU Fly - My Favourate boat
BlissStick Scud - I miss this one
Pyranha MicroBat 250 - total pig, but it got me used to using a big boat...
Dagger Nomad - felt bland, very easy to paddle though
Liquid Logic Jefe - got the shell for free. Great stuff, bit tippy but I'm determined to get used to it; now has a 2' long crack in the bottom, gets welded after almost every trip .
Savage Prelude - Needs reoutfitting, the last two owners where about 8" shorter than me.
Joshua Kelly - "More George Smiley than James Bond"
