Alright here's the deal... I have three boats. A Detonator, a XL13, and an ME. My goal is to get a plastic boat, to run everything with.
Detonator - Once repaired, should be good for years, as long as you don't creek hard with low water in it.
XL13 - in pretty good shape. Have one patch on the front bow area, the crack was not very big to start. Other than that - the outfitting is good. 1 set of straps(low knee) and a Mohawk lap belt. So when you need to...you can crank that baby tight, and ur not coming out.
ME - Boat in best shape. Has plastic factory Madriver gunnels. I spray painted the boat black when I got it, so she bleeds red when scraped. I think its cool lookin. but definitely makes the boat look old....which it is lol. But still in pretty darn good condition. The boat would need footpegs, and perhaps may want to just re-outfitt it anyways.
Feel free to make an offer on any/all of these boats. Boats prob r around $250-350 pricerange. I'll post some pictures too.
All i'm looking to do is get a functional plasic boat that I can beat up for the next year, without having to worry about destroying it. I'm thinking Prelude, Taureu, Sfly, Skeeter, ect... I'd rather not paddle C1.
IF YOU ARE GETTING A L'EDGE or HAVE ONE.... PLEASE CONSIDER getting rid of one of ur old plastic boats for a really...'enthusiastic' paddler. I neeeeeeed this.
If you are someone who just has EXTRA plastic boats laying around, that you hardly use....PLEASE consider something. The big thing is, I don't have much cash to spare, maybe a 200-300. So trades or getting rid of one of the 3 boats helps alot. I wouldn't want to get rid of the Det, unless I know that it's getting replaced quickly.
All offers/help is very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

crawpappy - I'm headed out right now to get materials and repair. I'll let you know how it holds up after this weekend. Running the Beaver River in new york, so I should have a pretty good idea how its going to be.
- If you're paddling deeper water, it will be good to go for whatever whenever.
