Resurfacing after a long submersion!

Post by swriverstone »

[from Scott Wilkinson]

Hi All --- I'm back again after a long absence. Haven't paddled much in the past year or two, except for regular flatwater workouts here in Shepherdstown, West Virginia...and the occasional whitewater goofin' around at Harpers Ferry.

And yes, I'm still a slalomhead! <grin> Recently bought Chris Soileau's Zealot C-1, and I'm loving it!

Now that my girlfriend and my 12-year-old daughter are both learning to kayak (no, couldn't turn 'em on to C-1...) I have an excuse to get back on the river more often. Meanwhile, I'll have to continue dividing play time between paddling and hang gliding (my new sport).

It's nice to see the site and the C-Forum still alive and well! (Good job Adam!)
