looking for basket-case slalom or other composite boat

Do you have an old POS slalom or other composite boat that needs some TLC? I'm looking to learn more about glass or other composites and would love to get a cheap boat. Have tons of misc gear if you are interested in trading. If you're in JC area, even better, or can meet about anywhere in SE that has some water in a river.

i don't know much of anything about glass/composite boats or molds. i was mostly thinking if i got a big, old boat, i could cut it down. how would that work with a mold? what would i be looking at in cost materials wise to make a boat from the mold?
