Scal,
I hurt my shoulder on a roll attempt and it has been minor sore for a couple of years. Started doing trigger point therapy and will soon be going for Prolotherapy shots to heal the damaged tendons and ligaments. It has been nice to have a physical therapist and an MD in the family to keep things from getting worse. Wish I hadn't tried to tough it out for so long and gotten treatment sooner. Luck on the shoulder
