ditto on other advise get your shoulder looked after! you'ld surprised how fast it can freeze up on you

I've been on anti inflammatory meds for two days and I feel much better, probably restart training in two days from now.

Love the info I got on this tread. I'll probably change my paddle angle and work my hip snap/crunch.

Scal,
I hurt my shoulder on a roll attempt and it has been minor sore for a couple of years. Started doing trigger point therapy and will soon be going for Prolotherapy shots to heal the damaged tendons and ligaments. It has been nice to have a physical therapist and an MD in the family to keep things from getting worse. Wish I hadn't tried to tough it out for so long and gotten treatment sooner. Luck on the shoulder
