d ring- welding

Post by nam »

Anyone have any suggestion where i can go to get my d-ring-pacth welded to my transformer? I live in NY, NY.

I have done it before by North West Canoes, to the bottom of my XXX. It was a great job and costed 20 $.

Saves so much work and weight.

Hey Nam it's Ryan,
I just talked to my old man he has a plastic welder and is bringing it home most likley tomorrow. If we're paddling this weekend maybe we could play around with it. If you want email me at kimble96@hotmail.com. Talk to you soon... hopefully with all this rain we're supposed to be getting maybe the Tohickan will be running this weekend

A plastic welder can do some serious damage to a boat. :o
If you have not used one before be very very careful!
