Several rednecks are making their way north to invade your peace loving country and shred every wave east of somewhere in the middle of canada until there ain't nothing left. We were just wonder'n bout a nice little wave called high tension on the gat. and if it was running? Any canadian baco..er beta out there for us? How about the seven sisters on the rouge, is that going?
Just for kicks, we are planning on leaving NC early wed. morning (the 3rd I believe) and staying till about the 16th. Going to the Ottawa first, then Lachine and whatever else we can find. If anyone wants to paddle or show us any other cool rivers post here.

always difficult to get the timing right on that high tension wave on the Gatineau, seems to be best when the river is medium-high. Go have a look and hope for the best. If it is in, its great.
The rouge seven sisters section is quite low for the main part of the run, no good play. A little high for running the big drops (the seven sisters), today at roughly 42, we have not run them above about 25 if I recall correctly. check the levels here http://www.canot-kayak.qc.ca/info_debit/index.html
You could still go run some of the drops on the seven sisters, I would suggest setting up some good safety as some of them are rather sticky at the bottom (don't ask how I know...)
